A fresh and crsip Rose of Pinot Noir crafted entirely from our Estate Vineyard’s West Block of La Tache clone. We bled off (saignée) roughly half of the free-run juice to a reveal a bigger, off-dry blush wine that is brimming with fresh summer fruit flavors and acutely balanced acidity. This wine is versatile, food-friendly and should provide a perfect backdrop to many of summer’s great food fare, Asian cuisine, cheeses and grilled seafood.
