ORDER POLICY
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS All sales are final. We do not offer refunds once your card has been charged.
If you decide to change your order from one or more wines to other Lachini wines, we will accommodate assuming we have the other wines available in stock. We only accept written requests.
CHANGE OF ORDER If you wish to change your order, please contact us at 503/ 864.4553 between 8am-5pm PST, Monday through Friday. In the event we are unable to answer the phone, please leave your message and include: your name, order number and date of order, your phone, your request, and any other pertinent information. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours. Alternatively, you may email your request to info@lachinivineyards.com.
RETURN POLICY We do not make any warranties for quality of our wines once you’ve signed (accepted) your packaged, shipped wine. You may reject wines that appear damaged (head/cold, broken bottles, damaged packaging, etc.). We will make every attempt to replace all wines that are damaged from shipment, yet require you to send the original wine and packaging back to us for inspection prior.
Should you open a bottle of our wine and determine it to be corked. Please contact us prior to returning and we’ll determine how to best replace that bottle.
SALES AND SHIPPING Please note that we are legally prohibited from shipping to some states. If your state is not listed above (e.g. AL, AR, KY, MD, ME, MS, PA, TN, UT) may we suggest you contact to make necessary wine storage and/or alternate shipping arrangements. Each firm will require you to establish an account in order for them to receive your wine on your behalf. ALL ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE SOLD IN OREGON AND TITLE PASSES TO YOU IN OREGON. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines into any other state outside of Oregon. You as buyer are solely responsible for shipment of your wine. You have 30 days to notify us on non-receipt. In placing an order, authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you and you represent to us that you and the person to whom delivery will be made are at least 21 years old. Adult signature and identification are required on delivery. We regret that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes and strongly recommend shipping to a business address.
